Adorned Kustoms Return & Replacement Policy
At Adorned Kustoms, we take pride in creating custom products made just for you! Because each item is personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re happy to work with you on a replacement.
Replacement Policy
We offer a 10-day replacement policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.
- If you received and approved a mockup before production, a $20 replacement fee plus shipping costs will apply.
- To qualify for a replacement, you must provide clear photos showing the issue with the item.
To start a replacement request, please email us at customerservice@adornedkustoms.com with:
✅ Your order number
✅ A description of the issue
✅ Photos of the product showing the concern
Once your replacement request is approved and any applicable fees are paid, we will process your replacement within 3-5 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival! If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at customerservice@adornedkustoms.com, and we’ll work to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns on:
